CardMancer brings the compelling collecting and deck building of trading card games together with the intense action of active-time battles in an innovative strategy experience.

The gameplay begins with players' Heart Stones positioned at opposite ends of the Field, a dynamic Game Board composed of Elemental Tiles procedurally generated based on the battle's setting. Each player starts with 1 mana, allowing them to summon an initial monster. Immediately after summoning, and subsequently every half-second, a Monster can perform an action: using a move, attacking, or activating a skill. The objective is to maneuver opposing monsters towards the enemy's Heart Stone, inflicting damage until all its hearts are depleted, resulting in victory.
